Always download ROMs in Redump XISO format from trusted sources. If you are converting yourself, avoid "scene rips" from 2004—they often lack the proper headers. If Xemu says "Unrecognized disc," your file is a standard ISO, not an XISO. use Extract-XISO (Method 1) first
