Most 4.3.0 versions require a quick calibration. Ensure the sensing handle is clean and not in contact with any metal surfaces when you first boot the program.
This means the software doesn't recognize the USB dongle. Try a different USB port or ensure the dongle light is on.
Insert the (USB dongle) into a vacant USB port. Connect the QRMA device to the computer. Initial Launch :
Plug the hand sensor probe into the designated port on the device.
Windows 7, 8, 10, or 11 (Note: Mac OS is generally not supported without a Windows emulator). USB Ports: At least one functional USB 2.0 or 3.0 port.
Click "Next" through the license agreement and choose the installation directory (the default C:\Program Files is recommended).
