Raizo (Rain) is an orphan trained as a merciless killer by the Ozunu Clan, a secret network of modern-day ninja. After a fellow trainee is executed for trying to escape, Raizo flees and seeks revenge. He later allies with Europol agent Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris), who is investigating the clan’s shadowy assassinations.
