After a botched mission in Mozambique that cost him his knighthood, Johnny English has been training in a remote Tibetan monastery. He is summoned back to MI7 by the new director, Pamela "Pegasus" Thornton, to investigate "Vortex," a group of international assassins planning to kill the Chinese Premier during high-stakes talks.
